The Manager of Creative Services will lead branding, design, and videography/ photography production for Johnson Controls’ $1 billion Retail Solutions business and its three flagship brands. Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing Communications and Digital, this leader is responsible for both traditional and digital marketing assets, including print collateral, presentations, catalogs, events, video, websites, e-mail campaigns, and e-commerce. The Creative Services Manager will lead a dedicated internal creative team and outside contracted creative agencies, providing oversight of the full design process (creative ideation, business socialization, production and delivery).
