Handling all customer interactions via social platforms; understanding the importance of representing the brand
Produce, maintain and execute schedules for social media and newsletters
Achieve superior follower engagement and increase traffic to the brand site
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on that information
