  • Oversee the IPB U.S. direct mailing campaign calendar and manage simultaneous deadlines under tight deadline pressure
  • Ensure the timely delivery of business critical mailings in a highly regulated environment via direct mail and email channels
  • Support together with Decision Management the sending of closure exception and extension letters on an ad-hoc basis
  • Deliver copies of client letters upon request in response to client complaints
  • Maintain the tracking log of all direct mailing and e-mail campaigns for quarterly MCA Testing and audit
  • Work closely with Decision Management to develop targeted lists for mailing campaigns
  • Manage delivery dates with several external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of direct mailing campaigns
  • Monitor delivery metrics and prepare metrics for mailing campaigns
  • Maintain the Master Inventory and complete the annual periodic review of customer servicing client communications
  • Work with Business Sponsors to complete annual periodic reviews of customer servicing communications sent to clients via the Statement Letter and Utility Group
  • Manage and update Vendor Management contracts and  performance evaluations as part of Citi’s mandatory Third Party Vendor Global Program
  • Coordinate and support of vendors in systems in adherence to yearly regulatory training
