The Assistant Facilities Director will ensure day-to-day policies, procedures, and programs are followed, while interfacing with building occupants on a daily basis. This person will handle a wide range of tasks and must be adaptable to changing priorities and be extremely well organized. The Assistant Facilities Director assures a well-managed, well-maintained facility, while remaining proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
