ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Work under the lead of the Head of Global Marketing & Communications to establish, monitor, and review the corporate marketing  and brand development strategy to ensure that goals are aligned with key business objectives
  • Work with other marketing team members to coordinate and communicate corporate marketing and brand development activities: regional marketing, communications, design, web & social and demand generation
  • Work with cross-functional team members (site leadership, HR, operations, sales) to coordinate and communicate corporate marketing and brand development activities
  • Serve as the project manager for corporate marketing and brand development initiatives: determine need, identify project scope, manage project plan, coordinate calendars, ensure effective communication throughout all project stages
  • Develop unique and differentiating ways to bring the brand to life to enhance associate engagement (values, behaviors, site signage) and support our ongoing sales and account management efforts (site branding, client/prospect site visits, collateral)
  • Constantly research and find creative channels, communities and technology to drive brand awareness
  • Measure everything. Track and analyze program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources
  • Ensure all activities adhere to the defined budget

 Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related areas: Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies, Project Management, Communications, etc.

 Experience Target:

 Minimum 5-7 years related experience in B2B marketing or global corporate marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge/Abilities: 

 Proven project management skills

  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with brand development and implementations, include: collateral, signage, standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work well with professionals, senior managers, directors etc.
  • Interior design mind-set – ability to assess a building or area and make sound recommendations for traditional branding elements (logo usage/placement, signage, banners, paint, graphics), as well as supporting interior design elements (lighting, furniture, flooring, etc.) 
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word,  Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite
