Purpose 
Bionical is building a data base for future opportunities with our Pharmaceutical clients and we are looking for top selling professionals who are focused on improving health outcomes for patients. 

Summary of Position:
The Hospital Field Sales Representative will be responsible for consistently meeting territory sales objectives and for documenting all sales activities with targeted customers. Targeted customers will mostly be based in the hospital setting, but targeting could also include specified private practice/group practice accounts. 
The candidate will be employed by Bionical, but will support the business of a Client. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Achieve all activity goals and sales objectives for defined territory
  • Deliver comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and sales materials to defined customers
  • Secure hospital formulary acceptance and subsequent utilization where appropriate for approved patient types
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all promoted and competitive products
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of diseases for which products are indicated
  • Develop a daily call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory.
  • Complete pre-and post-call analysis that impact future customer interactions
  • Distribute samples and record sample transactions in accordance with Company Policy and PDMA guidelines
  • Complete administrative duties as required
  • Participate in supplemental training and development programs as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Minimum 3-years sales experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical industry
  • Documented and measurable track record of sales performance
  • Antibiotic / Infectious Disease sales experience preferred
  • Institutional selling experience preferred
  • Possess strong presentation, organization, administrative and communication skills
  • Proven ability to understand, internalize, and routinely present complex scientific information
  • Clearance on all pre-employment screening processes
  • Valid drivers license
