As a Territory Business Representative , you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives of core blood glucose (bG) products in mid-tier Health Care Provider and retail accounts across specified territories. You must develop customer prospects and create and maintain relationships with decision makers. You will contact/visit existing and potential new customers. The position also requires the ability to create the value proposition in presentations to customers. The Territory Business Representative position is suitable for an entry level sales account manager. You will need to acquire a working knowledge of company products and services. You should possess the aptitude to do moderate analysis of territory metrics. Normally, you will receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects, products or assignments. You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. 1. Contacts new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in mid-tier targeted accounts and select retail targets, by maintaining customer relationships, growing existing business, and troubleshooting customer problems. This includes selling the primary differentiation of RDCI core bG products, overcoming and managing objections, and negotiating to obtain sales. 2. Generates demand and maximizes product awareness by working with and providing education and information to customers. 3. Implements tactical initiatives and plans to facilitate sales process and productivity. 4. Conducts and organizes territory planning and routing for efficiency. Meets all outlined productivity expectations as defined by business area leadership. 5. Maintains awareness of competitive market dynamics and communicates with management accordingly.
