Bachelor's Degree in Parks and Recreation Administration, Public/Business Administration, Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field; minimum of three (3) years of experience in project coordination including six (6) months of experience developing and monitoring special projects/programs. Equivalencies : Related Master's Degree and one (1) year of related experience; unrelated Bachelor's Degree/related Associate's Degree and five (5) years of related experience. PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE : Developing contracts; creating strategic/business plans; supervising annual budgets; administering/managing construction projects. Also desirable: Two (2) years of project management experience (must specify on application) .
