Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to execute new business lead development for our growing healthcare software company. This position will focus on data entry and maintenance as well as follow-up efforts to increase the conversion ratio from leads to sales opportunities. As a lead nurturer, you will manage the inbound lead queue within Salesforce and nurture existing prospects via email and occasionally via phone.

Your Role:

  • Discover, enter and maintain accurate and useful customer and prospect data including customer contact information and interaction within a CRM database.
  • Assist with various data entry and data clean up projects.
  • Continuously search for ways to improve our database quality.
  • Identify, qualify and develop quality sales leads.
  • Follow up on leads that have already entered the sales funnel, gather additional sales intelligence, and drive leads to the product demonstration stage of the sales cycle.
  • Call current customers to ensure contact information is up to date.
  • Assist in monitoring sales team progress on incoming leads.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One year of marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM Experience desired, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems preferred
  • Medical practice experience preferred
