We are looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator. 

Responsibilities include: Supporting all areas of marketing and business development, including strategy planning, implementation, execution, and performance measurement. Duties include: CRM management and maintenance, coordinating events, market research, implementing marketing plans and campaigns, website maintenance, and other social media marketing tools.

<span "text-decoration:="" underline"="">ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Owns CRM – updates, segmentation, scoring, etc. 
  • Owns Professional Content Library: organizing, categorizing, updating, and identifying relevant content for use in campaigns
  • Owns management of trade shows, conferences, and meetings
  • Assists in coordination of marketing plans and campaigns 
  • Provides marketing project management coordination with the Business Development team, Firm Partners, and Professionals
  • Assists with email marketing campaigns
  • Assists in website and social media content updates
  • Monitors, analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications activities
  • Conducts competitive research for new and existing leads
  • Assists in the development and tracking of client retention plan
  • Represents and promotes HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. at designated trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Assists with the creation, development, organization, administration and project management of new business pitches and support programs to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Facilitates the creation of promotional and marketing projects from inception through completion, considering all firm resources needed to determine steps, budgets, and timelines

<span "text-decoration:="" underline"="">QUALIFICATIONS:<span "text-decoration:="" underline"=""> 

  • 2-4 years combined experience in business development, marketing, event management, and/or project management
  • Highly organized, able to coordinate coinciding campaigns, trade shows, and conferences with multiple firm partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are a must
  • Reliable, consistent, accountable, and trustworthy
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Highly analytical, incredible attention to detail, and able to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
  • Hungry to improve the company and willing to take on any task
  • Website maintenance / e-marketing experience, with a good working knowledge of social media marketing tools, analytics, and SEO is desirable
  • Wide range of experience with Marketing Automation and CRM programs and integrations
