The Sr. Manager, Loyalty Programs & Co-brand Cards is responsible for developing and executing on loyalty strategy for America’s largest ULCC carrier. This position is responsible for the strategic vision and day to day management of our loyalty (FREE SPIRIT & $9 Fare Club) and co-brand credit card programs (USA & Latin America) to drive revenue growth, cost efficiencies, and enhance customer loyalty for the airline.
