Under limited supervision, this position will performs a variety of duties integral to the function of the department and the College at large, including but not limited to: managing intake project system, creates production schedules and manages daily creative projects. Actively participates in frequent inter-departmental meetings to gauge production workload and stays consistently informed of all active and forecasted work. Spearheads project requests and trafficking, internal marketing request & execution and content gathering for campaigns and college-wide projects. All internal marketing requests are filtered through a Marketing Coordinator using a project-tracking queue. Provides custom reporting on: creative staff productivity, management and department-level reporting. Archiving of projects according to server structure.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Four or more years of directly related experience in Marketing or related required An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered where applicable
