Description of Position:  

Project management for brand extensions development.

Organizational Relationships:

Reports directly to Director of Marketing Strategy and works with Business Units leads and Departmental leads to drive successful launch and implementation of brand extension initiatives.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects for successful launch and implementation per business requirements and deliver on schedule
  • Develop approach and project plan from start to full implementation
  • Coordinate and collaborate with business stakeholders and department stakeholders
  • Measure performance and analyze data to evaluate success
  • Manage progress and identify adjustments as needed
  • Manage and resolve issues effectively and timely
  • Communicate results, status, and issues to stakeholders and management
  • Provide insights and advise on opportunities for improvement

  • Must meet company’s requirements for employment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant work experience
  • Project management certification preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient with MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with various levels of staff and business stakeholders
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually on self-directed projects


Physical Requirements:

  • Requires frequent overnight travel – travel demands will fluctuate heavily depending on phase of project
  • Standard office environment when not travelling
